What is freight factoring?
Freight factoring lets a trucking company receive earlier payment on eligible unpaid freight invoices, minus agreed fees. The factoring provider then collects from the broker or shipper under the agreement.
Who provides the factoring service?
Thunder Funding provides the factoring service. TruCore works with a Thunder Funding representative and personally coordinates requests. Approval, rates, agreements and funding are handled by Thunder Funding.
How much does factoring cost?
Actual fees depend on the provider’s review and your agreement. Request written details covering the funding charge, any reserve, other fees, contract length and cancellation terms before deciding.
What if I already have a factoring company?
Select Yes in the form and explain what you need in the notes. Review your existing agreement before making a change; release requirements and outstanding invoices may need attention.
Does this form sign me up for the dispatch trial?
No. This form is for a factoring request only. The three-day dispatch trial is a separate offer with its own operation audit and agreed scope.
